Pizza Hut

Ordered 20 piece bbq boneless wings. When got home they were buffalo wings. When I got home and saw, i called and they told me they were out of bbq. They never told me they were out of bbq sauce. And manager never offered to fix the problem offer me my money back. Never going back.

Rather disappointing. I got both pizzas, but one looked like the crust had been torn off and only part of the pizza was cut. When I called, they offered a new pizza for free, to which I agreed, but that one was all wrong. The sauce was wrong, they didn't do much in terms of toppings, it looked like they had just grabbed a handful and tossed it on. And I'm I sure they added bell peppers even though I did not ask for them. I felt like calling a second time would be a waste so I did not bother. I give two stars because the store manager was very professional, however, the service was not. They definitely need to check the quality of the pizza before serving.

Food was good service was great. But the dining area was not clean

Doesn't matter the time or day... Seems like every time we order something its wrong. Here is an example of my latest... my kids cannot eat any of this chicken now because it's too spicy(24 pieces) and I don't have the time to always go back and get my order straightend out. The staff is always friendly and kind. The food always tastes good. Attention to detail is all I'm saying :)

It was good not the best I have had at Pizza hut but it was clean and I like there designed chooses and there needs to be more ppl working there because the service is slow because there was only two ppl there over all it was ok

Very disappointed in the pizzahut tonight. My hot wings had very little Buffalo sauce . My bread sticks were over done and hard. And my pizza were mostly crust..

This is the worst pizza hut location I've ever been. Total nightmare. Nobody cares a damn to take my order. All of the staff acted like there was no one standing when I even called out standing in front of the counter. It took me about 10 minutes to get someone's attention to get the order placed. Definitely should avoid this place at all costs.

Our pizza delivery was 30 minutes late. When you pay $50 bucks for pizza, you expect better. The pizza tasted like mostly bread, not much cheese and just not worth the money. Not ordering from them again.

Staff is very polite and great to work with. Customers however are very rude. Not impressed with how rude some people can be in a place of service.

Terrible terrible service I did an online order waited an hour called and they couldn’t tell me why it was taking so long so I waited another hour and call again and said it would be deliver in 17 minutes. Well then they call me back to tell me they ran out of cheese like how can a huge pizza place run out of cheese on a Friday evening. So now two hours wasted and no food. Would not recommend to anyone after this experience. Only giving one star because I can’t leave zero stars

Last time I ordered, they forgot my boneless wings and all the dip cups I ordered. The guy in the store acted like he didn't believe me when I called and asked for the rest of the items I had PAID FOR! They sent out the boneless but I didn't get my sauce, still. The driver said that he would put a $5.00 credit on my account..... Tonight, I placed my order and the wait time was at 30 minutes for delivery... I asked for the $5 off that was supposed to be on my account and they told me they didn't have it... it's been an hour and a half since my order was placed... STILL HAVEN'T RECIEVED IT. Just got off the phone with the store.. they said it was on the way and then HE HUNG UP ON ME!! We paid $22 for pasta and boneless wings... worst customer service ever!!

The last manager, Oscar Sedano, was a more efficient manager and the new manager is not very personable at all and is over demanding to the employees. My family will not be visiting Jerome Pizza Hut anymore, it’s very upsetting and ridiculous.

Every single time i order from here i get a call 5 to 10 minutes later saying they are out of something... 4 out of 4 times. I can never get what i want. Dont waste your time.

Very stingy with there toppings here. Ordered half cheese and half beef and ham. Meat was only on 1/4 of pizza not half and 2 inches from crust. There was exactly 10 peices of beef and not much ham either. Ordered online and it was ontime. But when I arrived to pick it up I was waiting at front register and watched the cook drop the pizza cutter along with some plates on the floor she picked up everything set it aside except the pizza cutter. The cutter she continued to cut the pizzas with just like nothing happend. I am probably just as guilty because I was in a hurry I didnt say anything because pizza was for a bunch of kids. Wont be back there anyway. Its a old place looks like there moving to somewhere else maybe it will get better when they move.

Salad bar was awful! Very few choices and most of those were empty. Pizza was great as usual!

Best pan pizza in the world

The tables and utensils are sticky, along with items on the table such as flip books showing specials. Waitresses are rude to customers, refusing to show kindness to new customers or even so much as greet them. There is a waitress named Breeana that is very rude to customers here. She won't speak to customers or be polite to them, or even so much as greet them when they walk in the door.This place needs to be shut down and redone with new workers. The service is terrible here and quality is horrible. I highly recommend you do not eat here! You would be better off at the Ridley's next door!

I ordered a pizza and waited 1-1/2-hrs when they said it would be 45-minutes. When I called them they didn’t even show that I put an order in. This is absolutely unacceptable. I can see now why people have rated you terrible. I will be sending a full detailed accounting of this episode to Pizza Hut Corporate. You folks have a real problem, I suggest you get it fixed or your customer base will fix it for you by never using you again. I know I never will again

So there was a sad state of affairs which led to my order needing to be voided and Connor really helped me with figuring out the problem. You don't get customer service like that often enough. Very impressed. 🤙
